Right of Withdrawal

As a consumer, you may withdraw from your order within 14 days without giving any reason. The period begins on the day you – or a third party named by you who is not the carrier – received the goods.

How to withdraw

An informal, clear statement by email to info@layrs.at is enough. Just let us know that you wish to withdraw from the contract and include your order number. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient that you send your statement before the 14 days have expired.

You are also welcome to use our model withdrawal form – you will find it in our Terms & Conditions under § 8.

Returning the goods

Please send the goods back to us without undue delay, and in any event no later than 14 days after you declare your withdrawal.

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

Please pack the item securely for transport. You are of course entitled to examine it, just as you could in a shop. You are only liable for a diminished value if it results from handling the goods beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

Refund

We will refund all payments received from you, including the cost of standard delivery, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive your withdrawal statement. We use the same means of payment you used for your order; this costs you nothing.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back, or until you have supplied evidence that you have sent them back – whichever is earlier.

When the right of withdrawal does not apply

The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are not prefabricated and that were made according to your individual selection or specification, or that are clearly tailored to your personal needs. For us this concerns custom orders and B2B commissions – not the regular products in the shop.
