Terms & Conditions
These General Terms and Conditions apply to orders placed through the LAYRS OG online shop. They govern in particular the conclusion of the contract, payment, delivery, withdrawal, warranty, liability, and special provisions regarding our 3D-printed products.

§ 1 Scope of Application
(1) These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through the LAYRS OG online shop.
(2) Deviating terms and conditions of the customer shall not apply unless we expressly agree to their validity in writing.
§ 2 Offer and Conclusion of Contract
(1) Product listings in the shop are non-binding.
(2) By completing the order process, the customer submits a binding offer.
(3) The contract is concluded upon our order confirmation by email or upon dispatch of the goods.
§ 3 Customer Account
A customer account is optional. Data stored in the customer account can be changed or deleted by the customer at any time.
Our privacy policy also applies.
§ 4 Prices, Shipping Costs, and Payment Methods
(1) All prices are quoted in EUR, inclusive of statutory VAT, plus shipping costs.
(2) The applicable shipping costs are displayed at checkout.
(3) The following payment methods may be offered:

§ 5 Production, Delivery Times, and Delivery
(1) Our products are manufactured in small batches or on demand using 3D printing.
(2) Unless otherwise stated for the product, delivery generally takes 1–7 business days.
(3) Delivery is made to the address provided by the customer.
(4) Delays caused by incorrect address information are the customer's responsibility.
§ 6 Retention of Title
The goods remain the property of LAYRS OG until paid for in full.
§ 7 Right of Withdrawal for Consumers
(1) Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days.
(2) The withdrawal period begins on the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has received the goods.
(3) The right of withdrawal does not apply, in particular, to products that are custom-made, personalized, or clearly tailored to the customer's specifications.
Withdrawal Instructions
Right of withdrawal: You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us, LAYRS OG, Höribachstraße 9, 5310 St. Lorenz, Austria, email: info@layrs.at, by means of a clear statement of your decision to withdraw from this contract.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notice of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal:
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and, in any event, not later than fourteen days from the day on which we received notice of your withdrawal from this contract.
For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earlier.
You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and, in any event, not later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the withdrawal from this contract.
You shall bear the direct cost of returning the goods, unless otherwise agreed.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
Exclusion of the right of withdrawal: The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are not prefabricated and for whose production an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive, or which are clearly tailored to the consumer's personal needs.

§ 9 Nature, Use, and Material Information
(1) Our products are manufactured using 3D printing.
(2) Visible layer lines, minimal tolerances, small surface variations, or slight color differences are inherent to the production process and do not constitute a defect.
(3) Unless otherwise stated, the decorative outer body is made of PLA and is intended for indoor use only.
(4) Temperatures above approx. 40 °C, direct sunlight, or strong heat exposure may cause deformation.
(5) Water may only be poured into the designated insert.
Note:
Please pour water only into the insert designated for this purpose – not into the decorative outer body.
Inserts / Water-tightness
The included inserts are manufactured from PETG using 3D printing, with a wall thickness of approx. 3.2 mm, a base thickness of approx. 3.6 mm, and 100% infill. The inserts are optimized for their intended purpose according to the current state of technically and economically viable production. However, due to the material- and production-typical characteristics of the 3D printing process, it cannot be entirely ruled out that, in individual cases, an insert may lose small amounts of water over an extended period despite careful manufacturing. As additional protection, the decorative PLA outer body serves as a second layer alongside the PETG insert. When used as intended, the risk of water leakage is therefore significantly reduced. The PETG insert and the PLA outer body are not dishwasher-safe. The PLA outer body is intended for indoor use only and must not be exposed to temperatures above approx. 40 °C, as this may otherwise cause deformation.
§ 10 Warranty and Complaints
(1) The statutory warranty rights apply.
(2) Obvious transport damage should, if possible, be reported directly to the delivery carrier.
(3) In the case of justified defects, we will provide repair or replacement in accordance with statutory requirements.
§ 11 Liability
(1) We are liable without limitation for intent, gross negligence, and for damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health.
(2) In the case of slight negligence, we are only liable for breach of material contractual obligations and limited to the foreseeable, typical damage.
(3) Liability under the Product Liability Act remains unaffected.
§ 12 Rights to Designs, Images, and Digital Templates
(1) Sales are limited exclusively to physical products.
(2) Digital design files, images, or design templates are not sold or passed on.
(3) Designs may be based on licensed templates. Customers do not acquire any rights to the underlying digital files or designs.
§ 13 Online Dispute Resolution
The EU Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution:

We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
§ 14 Applicable Law
(1) Austrian law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
(2) With respect to consumers, this shall only apply to the extent that mandatory consumer protection provisions are not thereby restricted.
§ 15 Final Provisions
(1) Should individual provisions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
(2) Amendments and additions must be made in text form.
