Shipping & Delivery

Made to Order

Every LAYRS object is made to order using 3D printing in our studio in St. Lorenz, Austria — only after you place your order. Printing an object takes several hours, but in return, we have no warehouse stock and no overproduction.

Delivery Times

Austria: usually 3–5 business days after payment is received.
Other EU countries: usually 4–7 business days after payment is received.

As soon as your order leaves our studio, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email.

Shipping Costs

We ship for free on orders from €75. Below that, shipping costs are shown transparently at checkout before you order.

Transport Risk and Transport Damage

For consumer purchases, we bear the transport risk until the goods are handed over to you. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us promptly with a brief description and photos at info@layrs.at — we'll take care of a quick solution.

Returns

Consumers are entitled to the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. You can find all the details in our Right of Withdrawal instructions.
