What we do – and what we don't

So it's clear from the start what we stand behind – and what we don't. This isn't a question of effort, but of responsibility.

What we make

  • Decorative and design objects for indoor use
  • Office, desk, and presentation organization
  • Branded objects, client gifts, trade show and event items
  • Small batches from your finished 3D model
  • Design and adaptation within these areas

What we don't take on

  • Structural, load-bearing, or center-of-gravity calculations
  • Load-bearing or safety-critical parts
  • Parts for vehicles, machinery, or technical installations
  • Applications with food or drinking water contact
  • Medical devices, children's toys, and permanent outdoor use

Need a structural calculation or engineering design? We work with engineering firms and are happy to refer you. You commission them directly – that way responsibility sits where the expertise is.

Prototypes are something we're glad to produce – explicitly without warranty or liability. A prototype is a test sample for evaluating form and fit, not a production-ready product.

How we work & material sourcing

We produce project by project and source materials to match each requirement. Colors, material type, and quality are agreed before production starts and ordered specifically for your job.

That lets us match your brand colors, use high-quality material batches, and meet project-specific requirements properly. Sourcing only begins once specification, color, price, and order are confirmed by both sides.

Materials

The material is chosen to suit the project, its intended use, and the look you want.

PLA

Bio-based, precise, ideal for decorative, branding, and office applications.

PETG

Tough, durable, and more heat-resistant, also suitable for functional applications.

TPU 95A

Flexible and shock-absorbing, ideal for protective caps and damping elements.

ASA

More UV-stable and weather-resistant than PLA. Outdoor use only after prior consultation.

Process, response times & delivery

We work with realistic time windows, clear agreements, and internal buffers, so projects stay predictable and transparent at every stage.

You supply a finished 3D model

  • Response: 24–48h
  • Prototype / one-offs: depending on size and complexity
  • Small batches: depending on total volume
  • Shipping: up to 4 days · partial deliveries possible

Production time depends on the actual print volume, material, and complexity. Your quote includes a transparent, realistic time estimate.

  • Production after approval: depending on size and volume

Guide for the whole project: 8–22 days. Production time only starts after written approval of the final CAD model.
