Über unsere Vasen

LAYRS vases combine modern design with sustainable production. Every vase is precision 3D-printed in Austria, has a matte, ceramic-like surface in bio-based PLA, and is only made once you order it. A watertight PETG insert makes it equally suited to dried and fresh flowers. The clear, minimal design language and the curated color palette turn every vase into a timeless object.

Material

The decorative outer body is made of PLA, a bio-based plastic from renewable raw materials. The silk-matte surface with its fine print texture feels pleasant in the hand and reads almost like ceramic. The included insert is made of PETG – tougher, more heat-resistant and watertight.

How it's made

Printing starts only once you order. No warehouse, no overproduction. A single vase takes several hours to print, after which every piece is checked by hand and shipped in recyclable packaging. You will usually have it within 3–5 business days.

Care

Water belongs in the PETG insert only, never in the decorative outer body. Rinse the insert with warm water and a little washing-up liquid; wipe the outer body with a damp cloth. Neither part is dishwasher-safe. PLA is intended for indoor use: please avoid prolonged direct sunlight and temperatures above approx. 55–60 °C.
